CULTURE SHOCK

When you go to other countries, when you travel to different places, you realize that there are many cultures that you never imagined. So you experiment many feelings at the same time, like an unexpected, intense and weird experience that has a sudden and powerful effect on people. When you are passing through a culture shock, you are "living" reactions and difficulties that can happen if you establish a life in a foreign country.

One of the most typical aspects is when you go to a country that has a culture completely different from yours, and the worst thing, is that you need to stay there for a longer period of time, because of work, any necessity, or wherever. That situation brings you a lot of emotional consequences that are caused by be away from your family, friends, own culture, etc. For that reason you "lose" your identity, felling totally lost.

The behavior also is affected when people get in shock with other cultures, because the dreams about how you can start a new life begin to be difficult. One of the reasons, is that you don’t manage perfectly the language or maybe you don’t find a good job (as you have in your country), so people start to feel defeated and failed.

Finally when a person goes to any country with a different culture, first everything is perfect, because you fell exciting to know other places, to travel and to transform your life to a new one. But latter the crisis begins as you notice that the change of countries doesn’t brings you benefits in emotional or behavior aspects.

KNOWING PEOPLE OF OTHER COUNTRIES

In a personal opinion, I think that when people of other countries and with other cultures, Known each other, could be a great sign to believe in a globalized world. Connect with other cultures and Knowledge of other cultures will help us to expand our personal horizons, coming to know "worlds" that we never imagine. The ability to talk to others and gather information about many countries creates a very strong relation between people, coming to adapt many trends, such as clothing, food, attitudes, and more. Until recognized, those things, as our own culture.

MONEY IN TODAY’S SOCIETY

Previously, we noted that money played an important and effective role in a community, as well as values, education, family, etc. But today, we see it in a different way, because money has been becoming a conflictive and negative factor regarded as the biggest issue in the society.

"With money I have the world in my hands", that’s one of the worst ideas in most people around the world. This issue, much of the times twist the objective in peoples life’s, like for example, people focus and concentrate in get lots of money, no matter how they get it, just to have more material things than others, like luxury cars and properties. In other words, they are only interested in material things leaving behind the aspects that really means such as values, knowledge, family love, and more.

The priority of people for seeking the richness makes them greedy and miserliness, breaking their relationship with their families and friends, because they mostly concerned about themselves and what they have. Here, the consequences are (in most of the cases) internal or external conflicts or divisions that could affect many people.

Finally, is important to understand that if we don’t know how to manage the money, we are affecting unconsciously not only people that surround us but also our self’s, being ambitious and shallows since we get more and more winnings.

GLOBALIZATION ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

Globalization helps poor countries because it provides them with different resources, in order to generate equal opportunities and skills to become a developed country. In addition, it is important to know that nowadays, we see globalization as a way to know the world, through technology and culture developments.

These new interactive mechanism between countries, brings them a lot of advantages, such as the access of new technology. In this case, the poor countries are really "lucky", because not only they get the last computers, cell phones, digital cameras, but also, computerize industrial machines, that helps private and public companies to become more competitive increasing the levels of productivity, efficiency and profitability. Here is important to know, that this commercial interaction among countries is called the FTA (Free Trade Agreement), which makes possible the different exchanges of products and services between nations, extending cultural and economic aspects.

Another benefit of globalization is the reduction of cultural barriers, which strengthen the union among states . For that reason, the possibility of war between the countries decreases, and the poor nations can grow in economic, political, cultural and social systems, due to the influential and big relationship they have with the powerful or develop countries that guarantied a huge evolution.

In conclusion, I can say that this trading process, benefits developing countries around the world, improving people profiles and skills, better access to products and services, with an outstanding quality of life.
